I'm going for episode 5.
This is purely based on the fact he and Anna aren't listed for episode 6 so me and my chum have decided they are off making a baby Bates.
I'm looking forward to the re-union scene ;D

well...I'm betting on episode 5 too mainly because of this “Anna’s perseverance finally pays off” from a spoiler for episode 5, and because I also believe that they aren't listed on episode 6 because they'll be making babies in a very super wonderful flawless way. And keeping him there for much longer will ruin the show, just saying!

I'm gonna go with ep 5 too, based on the spoilers. So hopefully only ONE more episode of unhappy prisoner Bates! And yes, I really REALLY hope they will be busy making a baby Bates in ep 6 although personally I won't enjoy an episode they're not in as much... I just need them being adorable and in love and happy on my screen ALL the time!  |

I think Ep.5 too. With the spoilers we've been given it must be. And they can practice making babies all they want, but please let them not have a baby for awhile. They need time to be together - alone, first.

I don't think they were listed for episode 4 either? right? and we all know they are in that.
Anyways.. I think if she makes the break in 5, maybe 6 will be them bustin him out.. and REUNION.

I really hope they show their reunion scene, and don't make it like M\M wedding, cutted in the middle of it! I really hope! get your stuff together Fellowes!

Oh, he'll get out for sure. Remember when the Emmys were announced he said he had been filming a scene with Jo, they went on break and he was having a smoke with Siobahn in the yard. So he was at Ealing, not the prison.

and Brendan and Jo signed up for more 2 seasons. and he was in Scotland when they were shooting the Chirstmas special and Lesley Nicol said that there was a scene with fish that stunk very much and she, Sophie, Jo and Brendan were all sick with it.

Are you sure? Why then was B. complaining about not being with his mates? It seems like he would see them at Ealing if not actually have scenes with them. It just needs to be tomorrow now ...

At Ealing were the prison scenes from the Christmas Special, the new ones from season 3 were all shooted in an old victorian prison because one of the keepers\guards of that prison said on twitter that he saw Jo and Brendan shooting visiting scenes trough his security cameras xD
