This role is so completely unlike anything else Brendan has done. Not only the satire and the physical comedy aspect of it, he LOOKS SO DIFFERENT. The first time I saw a bit of this on YouTube I couldn't believe that was the same guy who played Mr. Bates. I guess Terry Starling is the only thing that's come close but that's really just Brendan being happy & lovely. Jeremy was snide, pretentious and slid into utter dementia before our eyes...and it was hilarious.

Oh, Jezzers... <3
Btw, the last few seconds, that's Brendan laughing at himself, right? Right?

Btw, the last few seconds, that's Brendan laughing at himself, right? Right? Had to be. Wonder how long it took to get through that scene? I think the 3 of them should re-create that scene for Comic Relief. Make it so.

I only just finished watching this series on YouTube and it's literally one of the funniest things I've seen in my life! Brendan's character is genius.
The Lord of the dance scene is definitely my favourite... the way he walks to the tent after handing Barney the mirror just cracks me up.
"Stay with me Barney, you've got to be sharper. Turn!"

i can't believe brendan dares to say he is not good at comedy! Wow, did Brendan really say that?! That's crazy, he's hilarious in this. Oh, and a special mention for the undone belt in the dancing scene... ;D

He has great comic timing. The only comedy roles I've seen him in are this and Starlings and I love them both.
